Provider Dispatch And Active Ride Help
When you are connected to a chauffeur service provider, Coachman may show that provider's dispatch phone or email inside the app. For active ride timing, pickup coordination, chauffeur or vehicle questions, provider cancellation or refund policies, or provider service quality issues, contact the connected chauffeur provider through the in-app Support screen when provider dispatch details are available.
Coachman support can help with app and account access and can help route questions, but independent chauffeur providers are responsible for their transportation services, dispatch, pricing, cancellation policies, refunds, vehicles, chauffeurs, insurance, and service quality.
For emergencies or immediate safety concerns, contact local emergency services first.
Privacy And Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in the Coachman app from Account > Delete Account. You may also contact privacy@bosgotransportation.com for privacy questions, data access requests, correction requests, or deletion help.
